For the Operative, Glencross provides more than just a cleaning job. We insist on training and encourage staff to pursue NVQ’s in Cleaning Science. We try to enhance the working environment through encouraging personal responsibility, providing growth opportunity and recognition of achievement.

For the Supervisor, Glencross seeks to promote from within the team at all times. Supervisors receive a high level of autonomy while being supported at every step. We reward self-starters and strive to take performing supervisors quickly to management level.


For the Area Manager, Glencross encourages continuous learning where management skills are concerned. We focus on developing the softer skills of human resource management as well as multi-operation management abilities. Our Area Manager competencies are common sense and a logical approach to projects.

Current Vacancies

Area Manager - required for a lovely local school. Approximately 15hrs a week between the hours of 4-8pm Monday to Friday. You will need to be enthusiastic and self motivated.
