Quality

Glencross Cleaning Limited monitors the performance of all contracts using the following systems:

• F.M. Workshop Quality Management System.
• Perception Monitoring.

It is the responsibility of our management and supervisory teams to carry out monitoring at this level to ensure that tasks have been completed and response times have been met. We would expect our supervisory staff to use a mix of FM Workshop and Perception Monitoring on a daily basis in defined areas to check on the standards achieved.

Perception Monitoring would also be carried out by our Area Manager and Senior Management to monitor the standards from a visitor's point of view and not necessarily from a task system. We would also encourage the end users to make use of this system of monitoring, in order that a more substantial record and overview can be obtained.

We believe that the merger of FM Workshop and Perception Monitoring achieves the majority of aims of the National Building Standards of Cleanliness and we work together with our clients to ensure that the system put in place is easy to use and applicable to the contract.
