Staff Training
Staff training and personal improvement are given high priority at Glencross. As a company our belief is that with the correct training our staff will feel more confident, competent, self reliant and able to communicate more effectively. Training has been shown to have a ripple effect throughout the company which has improved morale, staff retention, efficacy and productivity.
We see training as an on-going learning process with all staff being given the opportunity to develop themselves to their full potential. Following on from the initial induction process our operatives are trained in various BICSc's modules providing them with the skills they require to be able to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
As a result of this philosophy we are very proud of the fact that a number of our staff with the Company's support have continued their learning process, and through their endeavours have been awarded BICSc Assessor Status.
Training is of course for everyone. As a company we encourage our more senior personnel to continue their self improvement process with Non-Vocational Qualifications in areas such as Leadership & Management, Sales & Marketing and Customer Service.
